The delivery of bathroom goods around the country can prove very challenging at times, most goods we sell are fragile, awkward to handle, and generally large in size, to add to this the cost of the goods purchased are quite often very expensive. We have tried for many years to save on delivery costs for our customers, this has proven very challenging, with most goods either getting damaged, being lost or the transport companies generally not taking care of the goods. Since 2003 we have been trying to perfect the delivery in our sector, we feel we have the experience to offer you the very best delivery options.
Our Delivery in Summary :
• We offer free delivery where we can, your delivery cost will be calculated in your basket.
• Lead times to vary, depending on stock levels, brands ordered, direct ship, or physically in stock here at the warehouse.
• We currently have 68% of goods in stock on a 3-5 working day delivery.
• Our maximum delivery charge is £49.95 no matter how many products you have in your basket.
• We only deliver to Mainland UK
• Some goods will come direct from the Manufacturer on a direct shipping service.
• Our Free delivery service can take 7-10 working days as it’s on an economy service.

We have 4 delivery charges, depending on the goods ordered, what service the goods have to be delivered on, and where the goods are to be delivered. We have negotiated the best possible prices from the leading delivery companies that can be trusted to deliver our range of goods, price ranges are as follows.

All our Small goods are delivered by APC, we have found APC to be a great delivery company over the years, not always the cheapest but they do give us the best service and the least problems with all the goods we dispatch with them, they are a trusted delivery company from all here at Bathroom Shop UK.
Our Medium sized goods are dispatched via either APC Premium service or DPD 2-man delivery service. Who we dispatch your goods with will depend on the goods sent, how fragile they are, their size and shape plus the location to which they are being delivered. Both of these companies are generally really good to work with and contact the customer via email or text before delivery.
We send all larger and fragile goods out via the Pallet network, an example of these items would be a full bathroom suite, shower enclosure or Carron bath, these items are sent out on a purpose-built pallet for your order, and we build the pallet here at the warehouse and carefully pack your items before sending them out on the Pallet network. (Some freestanding baths will also be sent via DPD 2-man service)
The delivery charges we charge you are much less than we are actually charged, we subsidize most of our delivery costs to ensure you get the best value for money, being a Yorkshire-based online retailer value for money is very much key in all things we do.
Collecting your Order:
If you would like to collect your order, that is very much welcome also, we have a dedicated Collection option on the checkout part of the order process, if you select to collect your order, we will contact you as soon as the goods are ready to collect. (Collection postcode is WF5 9HQ) We don’t have same-day collections as our warehouse team is busy getting orders out and working to capacity most of the time. If you need something urgently, please contact us before processing the order.
When can I expect my goods:
We have large levels of stock but it’s impossible to have all the products in stock here at the warehouse, we rely heavily on Manufacturers and distributors to hold stocks too. As soon as we physically have the stock we dispatch the same day on a 48-hour delivery service, there are some products that are direct shipped from our Manufacturers too, this is to speed things up and get them to you sooner, we have a great relationship with all our brand partners, and this is passed on to our customers. Stocked goods are usually delivered within 3-5 days from the date of order (working days) special order products can take 6-8 weeks depending on the goods. Please call to check stocks if you need something quick.
Will you keep me updated on my order?
We will always keep you updated on your order, we will advise if there are any shortages or if anything is special order when you order, we will also let you know as the goods are packed and ready to leave, by what method they are being delivered and when you can expect the delivery.
Checking your delivery:
When you receive your delivery, it is very important to check all the items off, although we get very few damages or problems with our delivery process, they do happen from time to time, please check the goods against your delivery note and your order confirmation to confirm everything is present and correct and no damages have occurred in transit. We need to know this immediately so we can stop any disappointment when it comes to the installation, when the goods haven’t been checked immediately and only discovered upon the installation it creates delays to your project (which we aren’t accountable for) and also stops us being able to make a claim with the transport company. We cannot be accountable for any damage to goods, or missing goods if they aren’t reported immediately, we have a small window to claim. We do appreciate everyone has busy life and we try to work with everyone to make sure problems are dealt with, with a matter of urgency.
