Our delivery costs depend on the size of your order:

  • Small Items – £9.99 (Courier Pack, sent via DPD)

  • Medium Items – £34.99 (Sent via DPD or small pallet network)

  • Large Items – £49.99 (Sent via pallet network or our own delivery vehicles)

  • Extra Large Items – Price varies (Includes large trays and freestanding baths)

Delivery times vary depending on the product and availability, we work on a traffic light system:

We work on a traffic light system;

  • Green: 1-3 days (In stock in our warehouse or available as direct ship from our suppliers)
  • Amber: 3-5 days (In stock at one of our other warehouses and needs transferring)
  • Red: 7-10 days (Product will need to come from Europe and takes time to transfer)
  • Special Order: 4-14 weeks (Special order products will receive an email from us after you have placed your order telling you your estimated delivery time)​

The delivery process at Bathroom Shop UK is tailored to the size and nature of your order:

  • Small Items: Dispatched via DPD. DPD typically contacts customers via email or text prior to delivery.

  • Medium Items: Shipped through DPD or a small pallet network. These carriers generally reach out to customers via email or text before delivery.

  • Large Items: Delivered using the pallet network or our own delivery vehicles. For these deliveries, we will inform you when your order has been dispatched and provide an estimated delivery date.

Yes, you can change your delivery address after placing an order.

We will make every effort to update your delivery details before the order is processed. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to alter the delivery address.
