You can place an order with us at any time directly on our website.

Start by adding products to your basket, and once you are ready click on the Basket button at the top right of your screen, then on the basket page follow and complete the checkout steps.

If you require any assistance when checking out you can speak to one of our team members by selecting our email or live chat buttons and we will resolve any issues you have as well as send you a payment link or bank transfer details via email to complete your order if preferable.

On every product page, you’ll find information such as a description of the item, the key features and specifications as well as customer reviews. 

Alongside the item, you’ll also find some recommended or related products that can complement your product of choice.

If you’d like some helpful advice about a product, you can contact our sales team by selecting the email or call us buttons below.

Many of our items are in stock and ready to dispatch from our warehouse – these items are labelled as ‘1-3 day delivery’ or ‘next day delivery.’ Which is valid for most of mainland UK.

Other items will show an estimated delivery time, such as 3-5 working days. These items are held in stock by our brand partners and take a few extra days to arrive at our warehouse prior to being sent on to you. In some cases these items may be delivered to you directly from our brand partner. 

Items showing ‘Special Order’ are available and will be sent to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If you purchase a special order item alongside other stocked items, we will contact you after purchase but ideally we will try to send everything together.

We try to provide accurate stock and delivery time information across our website. However, we recommend that you avoid booking tradespeople on the basis of estimated delivery times, or at least leaving a buffer just in case.

If you have any questions regarding delivery times please feel free to contact us via email or phone and we can give you the most accurate delivery timescale possible.

Occasionally, the delivery time you’ve been given can change due to unexpected delays or issues. We will update you as soon as we hear about any delays to your order via email.

If possible we will try to offer you an alternative wherever possible. You can also choose to receive a refund or wait for your original item to arrive.
